In 2019, Mitsuhiro Arita continued producing prominent Pokémon TCG artwork during the Sun & Moon TAG TEAM era, with work appearing in major Japanese expansions including Remix Bout, Alter Genesis and TAG TEAM All Stars. At the same time, his international career expanded through major appearances in Dubai, Paris and London, combining talks, signings, commissions and live demonstrations.

His 2019 Pokémon work appeared in Japanese releases including Remix Bout, Alter Genesis and the high-class pack TAG TEAM All Stars.

Arita appeared at the Middle East Film & Comic Con in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in 2019.

In July 2019, Arita made his first appearance at Japan Expo Paris.

Japan Expo 2019 marked the 20th anniversary edition of the major French convention.

Arita attended Japan Expo from July 4 to July 7, 2019.

His Japan Expo activities included signing sessions, talks, commissions and live drawing.

On July 4, Arita presented a conference and live drawing demonstration using a Wacom Cintiq Pro.

On July 7, he gave a masterclass devoted to his career, artistic techniques and professional workflow.

During Japan Expo, Arita also performed digital live demonstrations at the Wacom booth.

Arita operated his own booth during the convention, where books, prints, posters and other works were presented.

Among the publications presented at Japan Expo were MITSUHIRO ARITA CULDCEPT ARTWORKS and his CINEMATIC art booklet.

Immediately after his Paris appearance, Arita continued his European activities with HYPER JAPAN Festival 2019 in London.

At HYPER JAPAN, Arita appeared throughout the weekend and participated in public presentations about his career, artwork and professional experiences.

The combination of Dubai, Paris and London illustrates the increasingly international dimension of Arita's public career by 2019.

February — Arita contributed illustration work to the historical publication 名将の決断, issue No. 68.

Arita presented his original picture book Lonely Owl among the publications available during his international event activities.
